Day of Coordination
Day of coordination is much more than just a day. We work with you months in advance to ensure that all your plans go off without a hitch. Allow us to create your vision and secure it, so you may unwind and enjoy your day.
- From the commencement of the contract, you will have unlimited access to queries and guidance by email, phone
- One walk through to talk about the layout and floor plan
- Timeline and checklist for the wedding day
- All suppliers must confirm they participation the week before the wedding
- Presents are delivered to a predetermined place during the reception
- On the day emergency kit is available to avoid any last minute disaster
- Wedding day coordination [ to be mutually agreed upon bases on start time of set up
- The night before the wedding, be there for the ceremony rehearsal
- Guiding the wedding party, the couple families, ushers and others through
